Choma Champs Catering ("we", "us") respects your privacy. What we collect
- Orders: your name, phone number, email, delivery address (if you choose delivery), the dishes you order and any notes you add.
- Catering bookings: your contact details, event date, location, guest count and menu preferences.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not collect or store credit card numbers on this website. Payments are made by Interac e-Transfer or the other methods confirmed with your order.
How we use it
- To prepare, confirm, deliver and follow up on your order or event.
- To send you quotes, invoices and receipts.
- To answer your questions and keep records required for tax and accounting.
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we only email you about your own orders and enquiries.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Google (email). They process data on our behalf only, and some of them store it outside Canada, including in the United States. Otherwise we only disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single secure cookie keeps our staff signed in to the admin area.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as Canadian tax rules require, and other information only as long as we need it.
