These terms apply when you use this website, order food or book catering with Choma Champs Catering. By placing an order or booking, you agree to them.
Orders
- Place weekend orders by Thursday. Orders are confirmed once we contact you, and availability may change with the season.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. The price confirmed with your order is the price you pay.
- Delivery is available within our service area. Delivery times are estimates.
Catering & events
Catering is booked against a written quote. Deposits, final guest numbers, cancellation and payment deadlines are set out in your quote or invoice and form part of these terms.
Payment
Payment details and deadlines are shown at checkout and on your invoice. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
Allergies & dietary needs
Our kitchen handles common allergens, such as wheat and fish. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering. We take care, but we cannot guarantee any dish is completely allergen-free.
Food safety
Hot food should be eaten promptly or refrigerated within two hours. Follow any reheating instructions we give you.
Website content
Photos, text, logos and videos on this site belong to Choma Champs Catering and may not be reused without permission. Dish photos are for illustration, and portions and presentation can vary.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
